One of the biggest factors people cite of why they don’t exercise is “lack of time.”
 
I think this is a fair statement when you take into account being at work 10 hours a day (including travel time, getting your kids ready for school, making dinner, and then having a little downtime…
 
The problem is even if the statement is true, you still miss out on all the wellness, weight, and longevity benefits of exercising…
 
So one interesting workout program that is popping up is taking away the excuse of not having the time to workout…
