Jenny: Hi Dr. Cabral , I have leaned so much through your podcasts . Thank you . What are your thoughts on organ meats , specifically supplements like desiccated beef liver capsules, helping with histamine “intolerance”. Have your heard of this before? I guess the liver and kidneys have DAO? Thank you
Lisa: Hi Dr. Cabral,I have a history of chronic bacterial and viral infections which manifests primarily as chronic UTIs and herpes infections, as well as digestive issues. I already eat a sugar free, gluten free Whole Foods diet and I work with a naturopathic doctor. Each time I get infection she is able to help me clear it using homeopathic remedies, herbs and silver. But after a month or two a new infection is back again. I feel like the missing link could be nutritional imbalances-such as vitamins and minerals that are missing from my diet. I am sensitive to supplements though so I use spirulina as my vitamin. I would like to get your thoughts on nutritional balancing to help chronic infections. Also what is your opinion of ozone and HBOC for this?
Genia: Hi Dr. Cabral. I am a level one IHP student. I am loving the course and I’m already bringing my knowledge to the forefront. Thank you for your inspiration. My question is regarding flax seeds and flax oil in relation to women with history of cancer in their family and the carry the BRCA Gene and maintaining healthy breasts and body in general. There are different opinions about flax - and even though it seems really simple to obliterate flax out of the diet completely I would like to understand all the misconceptions out there and know the truth behind flax. Some authorities claim its hugely beneficial fir its Lignans and fiber and some say it increases estrogen which can be harmful. Thank you very much. With gratitude Genia
Gabe: Hello, I was curious about weight gain. I know the majority of your podcasts are on weight loss; but, what about health and weight gain. I am currently under weight and looking for the best/ most healthy way to put on good weight (i.e. muscle not fat). I was hoping you could help! Thank you in advance!
LAL: Hi, dr. Cabral :)Thank you for answering my previous questions, this helps so much!I’m wondering about GMO produce, what’s the difference between it and hybridisation? Are seedless fruits GMO? Which produce is usually GMO? How can we as consumers know which produce is GMO? Thank you & I wish the best start of autumn for you and your family :)
Laura: Hey Dr Cabral! I always have a large glass of warm water, squeezed lime and pinch of sea salt when I wake up (learned it from you). I then have some GF organic porridge with some vanilla DNS mixed into it and wild blueberries. It's absolutely delicious but my question is: I add the berries in the beginning so it basically boils together with the oats and melts completely. Is this a bad idea? Am I still getting the antioxidants and fibre from it?
Patrick: Hey dr Cabral I’m a huge fan and appreciate all that you do , my question is for my wife she’s had ms for about ten years now and is on to much medicine to even list but I’m sure you know what conventional medicine has her on, we have done some of your tests and she is working with Laura. by The time you read this she will be finishing the cbo protocol I wanted to know if she should just stay on the clean gut everyday since we don’t have the money to keep testing every few months or would it be better to just do the cbo protocol once a year. I’m sure the medicine they have her on is destroying her stomach. She has been on your level 2 protocol for the past year. Thank you so much
