Svetlana: Hello, could you please talk about incomplete bladder emptying in females specifically? What is causing it and what can be done to fix it? Someone said that squatting over the toilet without sitting on it to urinate could cause it. Is that true? This is the need of having to urinate again within 15mins of going the first time with small amounts of volume and difficulty “pushing” it out. No infection symptoms.

Eric: Hi Dr. C, thanks for all your efforts! I use melatonin (extended release) regularly to help w/ sleep. A recent large international study published on the News Medical Life Sciences website, and presented at the American Heart Association's 2025 Scientific Sessions, stated that long-term users of melatonin had a higher risk of heart failure, hospitalization, and even death compared to those who didn't take it. The study looked at more than 130,000 adults with chronic insomnia. This sounds crazy to me. Any thoughts about this? Thanks.

Audrey: Hi Dr. Cabral, Is doing a coffee enema while breastfeeding safe? I know detoxes are not safe, but I wasn’t sure if a coffee enema is different because the main reason is to increase glutathione

Angie: Hi Dr. Cabral, My last job I worked, there were a lot of wireless devices and 5G networks. I noticed how easily drained I would feel and I didn't even work a full 8 hours. I have been dealing with chronic pain and fatigue off and on for years now, and recently have been more cautious of how often I use technology. I am now seeing the trend of products like grounding mats and functional silver infused garments. Can you talk about the connection between adrenal fatigue and EMF exposure? And the new EMF products that may potentially reduce exposure or make it bearable to work in a high-tech environment. Savannah: Is there any supplement/herb/product to help someone with gastroparesis? what about acid reflux too? i’m wondering what can help with natural stimulation of the stomach nerve/muscle contractions in order to have a bowel movement. i was told that i have slow gut motility & little to no peristalsis. the only thing that works for me is senna but it takes extreme higher dosages. i completed the cbo protocol and finisher and everything was better but now im chronically constipated & have been diagnosed with gastroparesis. i use to go everyday during the protocol but now i feel that ive lost the gut/brain communication too.. as i no longer go by myself as im laxative & enema dependent. any advice? thank you in advance.

Stephen: Hi Dr. Cabral, I wanted to get your thoughts on a supplement called Protandim — a product marketed to reduce oxidative stress by activating Nrf2, support cellular repair, and promote detoxification and gene regulation. The company claims it’s backed by dozens of peer-reviewed studies, but most of the research has been done in animals or cell cultures, and the few human studies show mixed results. Online opinions seem polarized — some call it a marketing gimmick, while others swear by it — so it’s been difficult to find balanced, evidence-based perspectives. I’d love to hear your assessment — whether you’ve had any experience with it in your practice, what results (if any) you’ve observed, and whether you’d consider it a science-supported supplement worth considering.

Sarah: Hey doc! I've been rebounding/vibration plate/dry brushing consistently for over 2 years now. I also sauna once every week or so. When Im rebounding I notice that I get a pain in my left collar bone. I always massage the area before and after. I thought after rebounding for this long the pain might go away. Its not so painful but its uncomfortable and im wondering if this is anything to be concerned about? My partner recently tried rebounding and he said he felt pain also. We've done a bunch of detoxes, CBO, mold etc, both walk alot and exercise and generally pretty healthy.

Bryan: Hi Dr. C, I was wondering if you had any thoughts or opinions on Kratom. I've heard you discuss nicotine, cannabis and various other psychedelics on your podcast and their "potential" medicinal benefits but never heard you mention Kratom. Do you have any opinions on this plant? More harm than good? Just curious to hear your thoughts. Thanks,

Anthony: Hi Doctor Cabral, THANK YOU for all you do. Our 12 year old son seems to have red bags under his eyes more often than we think he should. He also has a small patch of warts on his upper forehead, a slightly bigger wart on the top of his foot and a small patch of bumps on his upper forearm hear his elbow. We had his blood work done taken and it came back with no issues. We also had a food sensitivity test done = IgE Allergy High is cashew, flax seed, green pea, lima bean, navy bean, and his IgG Sensitivity highs being turkey, with many moderate foods on both the allergy and sensitivity sides. Just wondering what your input would be. Thank you

Gaby: Hello Dr. Cabral, Thanks for your work you're doing! And sorry for the long question. I am a 19 year old female, and have been struggling with gut issues since I was a baby. Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, gas, nausea, and so forth. I have had functional medicine and conventional bloodwork done. My progesterone tested low and also my estrogen was low. I have the symptoms of very high androgens/testosterone, despite conventional testing showing normal levels. Been diagnosed with low cortisol/adrenal fatigue. My thyroid panels are good. I have struggled with very low B12 vitamins (maybe from not knowing that I had MTHFR). I've had severe menstrual cramps ever since getting married recently. I can't afford more testing, but am wondering how this all connects?

Liz: Hi Dr. Cabral, I have a very large fluid-filled, non-malignant cyst on my thyroid. When I swallow it looks like a golf ball is in there. Doctor said it's nothing to worry about. All my thyroid labs, including antibodies, came back normal. Food sensitivity test I had a couple years ago showed dairy and eggs being a problem and they were a big part of my diet for the past couple of years until recently. Am currently in week 1 of your 21 Day Detox. My question is, is there any way to shrink or eliminate the cyst without having a procedure? Thanks!

Noah: Hi Dr. Cabral, I’m 24 and recently recovered from mono, but I’ve been feeling exhausted ever since—almost like my body can’t fully bounce back. Eleazar: Hello dr cabral i have a question about my post viral pots i have been dealing with since January of 2024 and how you would try to fix it. my question is if a viral infection which are normal and everyone gets caused this autoimmune reaction what exactly would u target to fix the autoimmunity if the virus is gone and there isnt much to remove unlike other cases of autoimmunity where a gut dysbiosis or heavy metals is causing the disease u know what to remove I hope that makes sense thank you for your time and videos u put they are very informative

Eleazar: Hello dr Cabral i have another question regarding autoimmune disease i am a 21 year old male and soon i will be fixing all my root causes for my suspected autoimmune pots disease. I have completed the big 5 but my question is will i ever be able to drink alcohol again like beer for example or will it always be a risk for reactivating the autoimmune disease i see many functional medicine doctors say only 1-2 beverages but does it really have to be just that amount or can u drink more also i heard u mentioned binge drinking can cause epigenetic immune shift what exactly is that and can it be fixed and if i do drink will i need to avoid eating fast food at the same time even if its on occasion.thank you for the amazing videos u do

Tricia: Hi Dr Cabral, I just listened to your podcast this morning with Dr. Axe and Jordan Rubin. I enjoyed it thoroughly and did purchase the book. The one thing they mentioned that I do wrong is I love shellfish. I live in MD so I do have crabs but not frequently. In general I do eat shrimp once a week and scallops once or twice a week. Can you give me your thoughts on if we need to remove scallops? I read they aren't scavengers. I do your quarterly detox. Would you recommend I do your parasite protocol and how often? Interested in your opinion and advice how to offset the toxins from shellfish. I can't give it up totally. Thank you!

Kai: Hello! Thank you for all you do. I am currently finishing up my IHP Level 2 and I'm excited to help people! Im 3 months postpartum and dealing with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). It's a bummer to say the least. I eat organic, lots of veggies, pasture-raised beef etc. I do occasional dairy and sourdough. I also love the Equilife DNS!
