Talking about nutrition is definitely one of my favorite topics - especially when it comes to eating right to maximize your workout results!

I've found that a lot of people are exercising correctly, but it's their nutrition that is letting them down...

The reason for this is that unless you're properly balancing your "macro-nutrient" intake you make not be burning as much body fat as you'd like...

What was once considered impossible to do, has now been proven to work...

Specifically what I'm alluding to is spot reducing belly fat. Not too long ago we were told (and rightly so) that by exercising you were not able to burn body fat in any one area. Instead, your body would burn fat where it was genetically preprogrammed to do first...

But now, science has shown that by balancing your hormones and limiting specific foods you are actually able to lose belly fat first!

Over the past 20 years I've worked with thousands of frustrated body transformation clients wondering why their bodies are prone to gaining weight so easily...
